How to reset the service light on the Mercedes Sprinter W906

The reset of the service light on the Mercedes Sprinter W906 is done from the dashboard. Insert the key and turn it to position 2 (dashboard on, engine off). Wait for the service message to disappear and for the odometer to be displayed. Ensure that all doors are closed. At this point, hold the "0" button (on the left side of the dashboard) for about 20 seconds until you hear a beep. Release the button. Use the "M" button (menu) to scroll through the options until you see "Reset oil" or "Service reset". Press the "0" button to confirm. The display will show "Reset done" and the service light will turn off. The procedure is simple but requires that the doors are closed to function correctly.
