Replacing a dead battery on a Mercedes key? Let's see how the Clk remote control key is removed. We take our ignition remote control and extract the metal key. Once the metal key has been removed, insert it inside the plastic remote control and press inside. Once the battery holder has been unlocked from inside the key, we can take it out. Remove the worn battery with a small screwdriver and take a new one of the same size, replace it.
