With a 14 torx unscrew the bolt as shown in the video. If the gas piston purchased is not the same as that of the manufacturer, make sure that a bracket arrives with it to adapt it. In this case, bolt the bracket and screw the support hook on which we will mount the spring piston to the highest hole. To do this is very simple, just push the "female" coupling of the piston in place against the "male" mounted on the tailgate of the bonnet and inside the compartment. Repeat the operation on the other piston. If, on the other hand, the purchased part is identical to the one removed, you will only have to pull it out with force and install the new one.

How do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto?

To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood.
