Removing Mercedes SL Antenna

Is the antenna on your Mercedes damaged? Let's see how to remove the antenna located in the trunk of the Mercedes. Open the hatch covering the trunk, and remove the cover at the top of the lining. Unscrew the fastening screws of the antenna kit and disconnect the power connector. Once all parts are removed, take out the antenna. Install the new antenna mount (tighten the screws until fully secured). Connect all operating electrical connectors. Test the antenna's proper functioning by turning on the radio.
