How do you remove the front seat from the car? Let's see how to remove the front seat from the Mercedes E. Enter the E-Class vehicle and start moving the seat. Move the seat back (using the electric buttons if available) and raise the seat cushion. Then, use a socket wrench to remove the fastening screws located on the front rail. Move the seat forward using the adjustment buttons and remove the fastening pins from the back of the rail. Disconnect the power connectors for the front seat. After removing the front seat, all that’s left is to install a new one. Secure it to the rail and tighten the fastening screws.
