Before we can begin, we will have to go to open the front door of our Mercedes E-Class. We then start by disengaging and removing the side cover of the door panel, thus reaching the pins of the external rearview mirror. After that, we will have to go and disconnect these plugs, and then completely close the rearview mirror. By doing so, we will have discovered the screws that secure the mirror to the door. We then proceed by unscrewing and removing the fixing screws. When we have completed this last step, we will be able to remove the side mirror, and we will have finished the disassembly.

How do you open the fuel flap of the Volkswagen Golf 5?
