Let's see how to change the diesel filter on a Mercedes CLK. The diesel filter is located at the rear of the vehicle, under the car's floor. Lift the car with a jack and locate the diesel filter. Unscrew the tightening screws near the container (metal clips) where the diesel filter is situated, disconnect the various fuel circulation hoses and electrical connectors. Once the filter is removed, replace it with a new one. Finally, mount the filter under the car's floor (connect hoses and wires) and tighten the screws. Lower the car once the maintenance is complete.
