How to Remove the Gear Lever Gaiter of the Mercedes Sprinter?

To replace the gear gaiter of the Mercedes Sprinter, first remove the old gaiter. Pull the sleeve upwards after disengaging it from its retaining clips. Next, rotate the thread located at the end of the lever, just below the gear knob. Once the thread is rotated, you can remove the gaiter and the associated knob. After the old gaiter and knob have been removed, install the new gaiter with the corresponding knob.
