How to open the fuel flap on the Mercedes GL?

Model: Mercedes Gl MK 1, X164 - Years 2006-2012
Part: Fuel cap

To open the fuel flap on the Mercedes GL, press the left side of the flap. This will activate the underlying mechanism, allowing the flap to open. To close it, simply push it back into position until it clicks. If it does not open with the first press, you may need to press the car's fuel flap release button on the remote control. This will unlock all the locks via central locking, enabling you to open the flap.
