How to Reset the Service Indicator on a Mercedes-Benz B-Class

After performing the service on your vehicle, particularly the oil change and filter replacement, you need to update the indication for the next service that appears on the instrument cluster. To do this, sit in the driver's seat and locate the controls on the left side of the steering wheel. Press the home button and scroll using the touch control until you select "Route". Press the left button to select this command, then press this button and simultaneously press the button to its left for at least 5 seconds. Release these two buttons and return to the onboard computer menu. Select the workshop option and then select the Assist Plus option. Turn on the ignition, then select the general maintenance option and immediately confirm maintenance. At this point, you will need to choose the type of oil used and confirm. This way, the Service indicator will be updated.
