How to Reset the Service Light on a Mercedes-Benz B-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe B W245, MK 1 - Years 2005-2011

To reset the Service light on a Mercedes-Benz B-Class, turn the key in the ignition switch to illuminate the instrument cluster. Press the TRIP button to bring up the menu on the instrument cluster, then select "Confirmation". This will open another menu where you can select "Full Service": this should reset the maintenance indicator. You can verify that the reset was successful by turning the instrument cluster off and then back on.
