How to Reset the Service Light in a Mercedes B-Class?

From the display of the Mercedes B-Class, you can completely clear the Service light by turning on the instrument panel and navigating through the menu using the directional arrows on the steering wheel controls. Now select the icon with two spanners and then choose the 'ASSYST PLUS' option. At this point, select 'FULL SERVICE', and proceed to choose the oil grade based on what was used for the replacement. A screen will then appear from which you can confirm the operation: selecting 'Yes' will eliminate the Service light.
