Engine Air Filter Replacement

Model: Mercedes CLS C219, MK 1 - Years 2004-2010
Part: Air filter

Open the front bonnet, disconnect the intake ducts, and first remove the front part of the plastic engine cover, followed by the rear part: the engine air filters are housed inside the cover, where the intake hoses are connected. Then, unscrew the fastening screws of the filter container cover, remove the old filter, clean the container of any dirt residues, insert the new filter, and screw the cover back on. Apply lubricant to the circular gasket to be fitted to the intake manifold.
