How to Change the Battery in a Mercedes Key

Today, you will learn how to change the battery in your Mercedes key. This type of key is found in many models from the manufacturer, including: Mercedes A-Class, B-Class, C-Class, E-Class, W203, W202, W210, W211, and many others. Take your key, pull out the metal key, then using a flathead screwdriver, apply pressure to the lever located inside your key. This will open the cover where the battery is contained. At this point, simply remove the old battery and insert the new one, ensuring you use the same model, CR2025. Close the cover, and you’re done.
