Dismantling the Fuel Tank of the Mercedes Sprinter MK2

Model: Mercedes Sprinter MK 2, W906 - Years 2006-2018

In today's video, you will see the main instructions for dismantling the fuel tank of the second generation Mercedes Sprinter. First, open the fuel flap and start unscrewing the screws found at the fuel pump inlet; then lift the vehicle and begin disconnecting the hoses connected to the fuel tank, allowing any excess fuel to drain. At this point, use a ratchet spanner to unscrew all the screws of the tank brackets, so you can lower it from the vehicle; then replace it with the new one!
