How to Remove the Steering Lock Module of the Mercedes E-Class?

To remove the steering lock module of the Mercedes E-Class, first remove the front airbag located on the steering wheel by loosening the screws at its rear. Once the screws are removed, pull out the airbag by disconnecting its connectors at the back. Next, completely remove the steering wheel by unscrewing the central pin of the steering column: behind the steering wheel, there will also be a plastic cover to remove, allowing access to the steering lock module. This module can then be disconnected and removed.
