To remove the headliner on a Mercedes C-Class, you need to disassemble all components that obstruct its removal. First, loosen the bolts that secure the handles above the doors and remove them completely; next, unscrew the screws that secure the interior rearview mirror and also disconnect the courtesy light fixture. At this point, by moving the door pillars, you will be able to extract the headliner from the rear of the car so that you can insert the new replacement piece, which must be properly secured.
