The spare wheel on a Mercedes Sprinter is located under the vehicle's floor at the rear. To access it, open the rear doors and detach the covers found at the top of the scuff plate.

Under these covers, you will find screws that need to be loosened with the appropriate tool, allowing the tyre support to lower. The spare can now be removed from its housing to replace one of the wheels already fitted to the vehicle.
