On the Mercedes C-Class, the procedure to reset the Service light involves turning the key to the ON position to activate the instrument cluster, then pressing and holding the OK button and the button for answering calls on the side spokes of the steering wheel. While holding both buttons, a menu will appear, where you will navigate using the steering wheel controls, selecting "ASSYST PLUS": then you will need to select "Full service" and "Conf. Full service". When the confirmation message appears, select "Yes" to complete the reset process for the light.
