Instructions for Dismantling the Front Headlamp

Model: Mercedes Clk A208, W208, C208 - Years 1997-2003

Dismantling the front headlamp unfortunately requires removing the bumper to access the relevant mounting pins; it is therefore suggested to place the vehicle on suitable car stands to remove the front wheels and gain more manoeuvring space; at this point, remove the plastic wheel arch liner inside the wheel arches by taking out both the screws and the push clips; you can then continue with the dismantling of the front bumper by removing the relevant fixing screws and disconnecting the side indicator lamp holders and the fog light connectors; finally, complete the dismantling of the headlamps.
