If the AdBlue light is on in your Mercedes S-Class, it means the emissions fluid is at a too low level and needs to be refilled. Once you do this and drive a few miles, the light will turn off by itself. To refill, simply follow the procedure shown in this tutorial. First, get a container of fluid, 2.6 gallons if the tank is completely empty, then open the trunk and remove the floor panel. Next, remove the large blue cap, unscrew the secondary cap, and pour the necessary amount of fluid into the hole to reach the maximum level.
