The steps to replace the air filter on a Mercedes Class B model W245 are straightforward. First, open the bonnet.

Second, remove the air filter cover by unscrewing the four screws using a T20 screwdriver. Third, open the cover and press the tabs of the air filter to remove it. Fourth, clean the compartment.

Fifth, insert the new filter and close the cover. Finally, screw all the screws back in and close the bonnet.
