To replace the fog light of the Mercedes GL, you need to pry with an object to completely detach the cover around the fog light. Once this cover is removed, you can proceed to loosen the screws that secure the headlight unit in its position. By unscrewing these screws, you can remove the fog light and connect the new replacement piece to its connector; after replacement, you can insert the fog light back into its position, securing it with the screws and reinserting the cover around the fog light.
