To reset the infotainment system of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, turn on the instrument cluster by turning the key in the ignition switch. Once it is on, press the up arrow button located above the NAVI button on the center control panel.

After a few seconds of holding the button, you will notice that the screen will turn off and then turn back on after a few seconds; this will allow the infotainment system to reset completely, returning to factory settings.
