In this tutorial, you can see how to replace the outside rearview mirror on the Mercedes E-Class, a very simple and quick operation. First, open the door you will be working on, then remove the inner cover of the mirror. Using a flathead screwdriver or a plastic spatula, pry off the lower panel. Next, disconnect the adjustment motor connector, remove the two mounting bolts with a Torx T25 wrench, and separate the mirror from the door. At this point, just position the replacement and follow the reverse procedure.
