In this video, see the correct sequence for opening the hood on a Mercedes CLK without making mistakes. First, turn on the ignition and start the engine, then turn the handle to open the hood. Lower all the windows to facilitate the operation, then lift and hold the red button until the rear part of the hood folds in on itself. Only after the lower part has correctly folded will the front part fold in on itself, leaving the entire vehicle uncovered. At that point, the rear cover will fold over the hood, keeping it secure. You can raise the front and rear windows and release the red button.
