How to Reset the Service Light on a Mercedes CLA?

Model: Mercedes CLA C117, X117 - Years 2013-2019

On the Mercedes CLA, reset the Service light by navigating the menu with the arrows on the steering wheel until you select the option that shows the miles driven. At this point, press the button depicting the phone icon and then the OK button: this will bring up another menu. Here, select the following options in order: "ASSYST PLUS", "Maintenance 1", and then "Confirm". This will complete the reset of the Service light; if you go back to the menu and return to the ASSYST PLUS option, a message will appear indicating that the procedure is complete.
