To reset the Service A7 light on a Mercedes-Benz C-Class, turn on the ignition by inserting the key into the ignition switch. Then, press and hold the OK button and the button for answering calls; you will notice a screen appear.

Here, scroll to select "ASSYST PLUS" and then "Full service" after turning the key again. At this point, select "Confirm service" to make the light disappear from the instrument cluster.

Once the operation is complete, you can turn it off again.
