To remove the door panel of the Mercedes C-Class, start by removing the triangular trim at the top of the panel near the outside rearview mirror. Once this panel is removed, you can pull out the rivets located on the left side and in the center just below the armrest.

After these rivets are detached, use a tool to pry the panel off completely so you can replace it with a new one.
