To replace the auxiliary battery of the Mercedes GLE, you need to loosen the screws that secure the rear seat to its housing: once these screws are loosened, you can disconnect the seat and then you also need to disconnect the corresponding carpet of the underlying footrest compartment. On the driver's side, you can locate the auxiliary battery, which can then be disconnected and removed. The new replacement part can then be installed, and everything can be covered with the carpet and the rear seat.
