Below are the instructions to lower the rear seats of the Mercedes GLE in simple and quick steps. First, open the rear doors and start pressing the lever located at the top near the headrest to release the backrest and lower it; perform the same operation on the other side, as shown in the video.

This will significantly increase the cargo volume of your trunk; simply raise the two backrest sections again to latch them, positioning all the seat belts in front.
