How do you replace the battery of the Mercedes GLE?

In order to replace the battery of the Mercedes GLE, you need to loosen the screws that secure the front passenger seat so that it can be fully lifted: once you have access to the bottom of the seat, you can detach the panel at the base of the seat and locate the battery underneath. The battery can be disconnected from its power cables, also loosening the screws that secure it to its housing; after removing the battery, you can insert the new one and check that everything is working.
