To reset the tire pressure light on the Mercedes E-Class, first inflate the tires to the correct pressure: once the tires are inflated, enter the cabin and turn on the ignition. With the ignition on, scroll through the menu and select "Tyre pressure": this will display the pressure of each individual tire.

Drive for a few miles to give the sensors time to read the new pressure values, which will turn off the light.
