How do you reset the panoramic roof of the Mercedes C-Class?

In order to reset the panoramic roof of the Mercedes C-Class, you will need to close it completely so that you can then use the controls on the top of the roof. Behind the interior light fixture, you will find the button that allows you to open the roof: you will need to hold down the button forward for about five seconds, then backward for about five seconds, then upward and finally downward. This way, the car's panoramic roof will have been completely reset and you can then turn off the ignition.
