How to replace the fuel pump in the Mini Cooper?

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the fuel pump in the Mini Cooper, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, make sure the key is not inserted, then grab the rear seat, lift it and unhook it. Then open the indicated cap by unscrewing the respective fixing bolts with a 10mm socket wrench, disconnect the power connector and unscrew the large outer ring. At this point we can remove the pump from the tank, disconnect the internal tube and install the replacement following the reverse procedure.
