Replacing the battery of the remote key of the Mini Countryman is very simple. It is possible to perform this operation independently and in a few minutes, thus reducing costs. To replace the battery, we must open the back of the remote key, for this we will need to insert a flat-tip screwdriver in the lower part in order to lever it. Once the cover is open, we remove and then insert the battery. We close the cover of the remote key and test the functioning of the key by going near the car. If after replacing the battery the key still does not work, reprogramming may be necessary.
