Removing the Dashboard on a Mini

Model: Mini Mini R57, R55, R56 - Years 2007-2014
Part: Dashboard

Follow the steps to remove the dashboard of a Mini while taking out the original radio. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the securing screws of the air vent grille above the dashboard. Then, use a plastic lever to remove the trim covering the dashboard (both right and left sides). Remove all screws present on the dashboard and detach the plastic parts around the radio. Now that the side trims are removed, take out the original radio (disconnect the various power cables) and the air vent control panel. Finally, install your preferred radio into the dashboard of the car.
