The battery in your Mini Cooper is located in the engine compartment. To replace it, start by opening the front bonnet.

Once the bonnet is open, proceed to remove the covers and fasteners protecting the battery. Once the battery is exposed, you need to unscrew the securing terminals holding it in place.

Ensure you remove the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal. Now, gently lift the battery from its housing.

After this, insert the new battery into the same housing and secure it with the terminals, making sure to connect the positive terminal first and then the negative terminal, and you will have successfully completed the battery replacement in your Mini Cooper.
