How do you replace the water pump of the Mini?

Model: Mini Mini R57, R55, R56 - Years 2007-2014
Part: Pump

It will be possible to replace the water pump of the Mini by opening the hood to access the components inside the engine compartment: on the left side of the compartment, you can locate the pulley corresponding to the water pump, which must be removed in order to also free the timing belt. The water pump can now be disconnected from the hoses and released from the corresponding fastening screws: in this way, the new pump can be positioned on its seat and then fixed with the screws and properly connected to ensure that everything works.
