How to replace the battery of a Mini? Let's see the replacement of the battery: open the car door and pull up the engine compartment opening lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift up the front hood, releasing the lock lever with the fingers, then, put in safety . Once the engine compartment is open, we will find the battery at the top; remove the plastic rivets that secure the battery cover, then, remove it from the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage). We close the bonnet at the end of the maintenance.
