Removing and Replacing the Remote Key Battery of the Mini Cooper

Today, we will look at the instructions for removing and replacing the battery of the remote key for the Mini Cooper. First, take the remote in hand and start by removing the physical key from inside it. Then, lever on the side slot to open the remote into two parts, accessing the electronic board and the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, replace and install the new battery of the correct type and with the same code; insert it the right way round and reassemble the remote, testing the operation of the buttons.
