How to Replace the Battery in a Mini Key

Is the battery in your Mini key flat? Here’s how to change it. Take your remote key and use a small screwdriver to pry between the two parts of the plastic key cover (be careful not to break the plastic). Remove the flat battery from inside the key (using a small screwdriver). Fit a new battery of the same size and voltage. Rejoin the two halves of the key cover by pressing until you hear a click. Check the remote key is working properly: press the buttons on the remote key and see if it functions.
