How to Remove the Headlining of the Mini Cooper

Need to remove the roof lining panel of the car? Remove the headlining panel of the Mini Cooper. Remove the side handles of the headlining with a screwdriver, then remove the sun visors and the overhead lighting unit from the panel. Once all the plastics and screws are removed, detach the headlining panel around the perimeter of the car roof. When the panel is free from clips, pull it out of the car carefully as it may break. Repair the cover panel or fit a new one of the same shape and size.
