Checking and Rotating Tyres

Model: Mini Mini R53, R50, R52 - Years 2001-2007
Part: Tires

The process of replacing a tyre is straightforward as it only requires the tools typically provided with the vehicle. Regularly checking the pressure and wear of the tyre is essential to ensure the vehicle's grip on the road. To allow for even wear of the tyres, it is necessary to change their position approximately every 12,000 miles. The rotation should follow a specific pattern, swapping the front tyres with the rear ones. Almost all tyre manufacturers include indicators to show the tread wear status. When these indicators become visible, it means the tread no longer guarantees perfect road grip, so it is necessary to replace them.
