Before we can begin, we will have to go to open the tailgate of the luggage compartment of our Mini Cooper. So let's start by disengaging and removing the rear light frames, then unscrew and remove the screws that secure the rear lights. After that, we will have to unscrew and remove the screws that secure the rear bumper to the frame, positioned along the entire perimeter of the bumper itself. After that, we will have to go to disengage and remove the retaining clips. Once this is done, we will have freed the rear bumper. We then proceed by disengaging and removing the bumper, and we will have successfully completed the disassembly.
