Today, in this tutorial video, you will see how to disassemble and replace the remote key battery on the Mini Cooper F55 in simple steps. First, take your remote and start by removing the plastic back cover using a thin lever like a flat screwdriver; then remove the battery holder found underneath, as illustrated in the video. At this point, take out the battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type (in this case, a CR 2032 3V); insert it the right way round and reassemble the remote!
