How to replace the battery on the Mini Cooper R56?

To replace the battery on the Mini Cooper R56, open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay. The battery is located just below the windscreen, under a plastic cover on the driver's side. Remove the cover and loosen the bolts securing the battery to slide it out of its housing, replacing it with a new one. Once the new battery is in place, secure it with the bolts and reconnect the cables.
