Today, you will learn how to permanently disable the START&STOP system on a Mini Cooper vehicle. To disable this system, connect a diagnostic computer to your vehicle using the OBD2 port.

Once connected, select "domain control" and then choose "automatic start/stop function". Next, select the "activate" option and confirm that you have noted the change made to the vehicle. When you finish loading, disconnect the PC and start the vehicle; take it for a test drive to ensure that the function has been disabled.
