If the cigarette lighter socket of our Mini Cooper suddenly stopped working, we can first check the status of the corresponding fuse whose position is indicated in this video. As shown, the fuse in question is located in the box inside the passenger compartment, specifically behind the glove compartment on the passenger side. It is the fifth from the right in the second to last column and is a 20A fuse. If it is faulty, make sure to use a replacement with equivalent specifications and operate with the vehicle turned off, otherwise we could damage the socket itself.

How to set the time in the Renault Twingo?
