The fuses in the Mini Cooper are located within two fuse boxes inside the car. The first is situated in the cabin, on the right side of the front passenger footwell. It contains fuses for the air conditioning, instrument panel, cigarette lighter, etc. The second fuse box is located at the top right of the engine compartment, just below the windscreen: it contains fuses for the cooling fan, wipers, cabin fan, ABS, etc.
